Employer Online Registration - Opens in July, 2010

Register online by using your ILLINI NACElink Network account.

1. Login at https://aces-uiuc-csm.symplicity.com/employers/.
2. Select "Career Fairs and Events" from the menu across the top.
3. Select "Register" on the next screen and complete the online form.

If you do not have an ILLINI NACElink account, you will have to register to use NACElink before you can register to attend the ACES Career Fair. Your ILLINI NACElink Network username and password will be emailed after your ILLINI NACElink account is activated. Please note: accounts are only activated during regular business hours.

• 10:30 am Employers may begin setting up displays

Important Dates

• TBD  - Last day of room block at the I Hotel; please note that ACES Career Fair occurs during Homecoming Week.  Employers are advised to make room reservations early. 
• September 23, 2010 Registration fee due - unpaid reservations may be cancelled.
• September 23, 2010 Last day to cancel with refund
• October 4, 2010 Packages may begin arriving at I Confernce Center

Registration Fees

The standard registration fee includes one career fair booth space (8' wide x 5' deep), electricity, wireless Internet, lunch for up to four recruiters, and parking. An unlimited number of recruiters may attend. You have the opportunity to purchase one additional career fair booth space and additional lunches (if you need more than four) at the time of registration.

• Business and Industry - $250
• Non-profit and Government Agencies - $125
• ACES Corporate Partner - fee waived - to learn more about the ACES Corporate Partner program, please contact the ACES Advancement Office, 217-333-9355.
• University of Illinois Dept./Unit - fee waived
• Additional booth space - $200
• Additional lunches - $15

Location

The ACES Career Fair is being held at the I Hotel and Conference Center, located at the corner of First Street and St. Mary's Road, just southwest of the Assembly Hall.

If you wish to conduct on-campus interviews on:

• Friday, October 8, 2010 - contact Jenny Neef, 217-244-1683. Interviews will be held at the I Conference Center. 
• Monday, October 11, 2010 through Wednesday, November 17, 2010 - please request your interview date by using your ILLINI NACElink account.

Shipping

Displays and materials may be shipped directly to the I Hotel and Conference Center. Materials will only be accepted up to one week before the event. Your packages should arrive no earlier than October 4, 2010.

All packages must be clearly marked with your organization's name and "ACES Career Fair."

If your representatives will be shipping displays and materials back from the Career Fair at the conclusion of the event, be sure they have an account number for your preferred vendor (UPS, FedEx, DHL). Materials can be picked up by your vendor at the I Hotel and Conference Center for return shipment.

Travel by Car

The University of Illinois is easily accessible by using Interstate 74, Interstate 72 or Interstate 57. The I Hotel and Conference center is located on the southwest side of campus. Campus maps follow.

Travel by Air

The University of Illinois is serviced by the University of Illinois Willard Airport (CMI) and two major carriers - American Airlines and Northwest Airlines.

CMI is located approximately 5 miles southwest of the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign campus. It offers a variety of ground transportation options including taxi service and onsite car rental available from Avis, Budget, Hertz, and National.

Other major airports within a 160-mile radius of Champaign-Urbana
include: Chicago O'Hare (4 hour drive), Chicago Midway (3 1/2 hour drive), Bloomington, IL (45 minute drive), and Indianapolis (2 hour drive).
